Any individuals who are facing redundancy are eligible to receive up to £1000 towards the cost of training courses. |
Response to Redundancy is a programme which offers advice, guidance and re-training opportunities to those who are at risk of redundancy. It gives early support to certify existing skills, and provide appropriate training to improve opportunities in the job market for when workers are made redundant. |
| In addition to the £1000 to cover training courses, Response to Redundancy can provide outplacement training workshops, which cover CV preparation, job search and interview techniques, for example. |
