Leadership and Management Training |

| The Leadership and Management programme offers up to £1000 of funded training for company Directors and Senior Managers and Managers of small to medium-sized businesses (SME) and charity, voluntary or not for profit organisations. |
| Each employer can benefit from up to £1,000 of grant support. The first £500 does not require a contribution from the employer and should be used for directors/leaders/senior managers. The subsequent £500 must be 'match funded' by the employer and is available for senior members of the management team. |
| To be eligible your organisations must be: |

- Based in the East of England region.
- Employ between 5-249 staff or volunteers.

Have not accessed any previous training funded by this scheme since October 2007.

| The funding can be put towards the cost of a range of personal development options including accredited training (an MBA or Diploma, for example) or non-accredited development (e.g. workshops/seminars, coaching/mentoring or continuous personal development). |
